This video is very interesting, because, this person talks about the importance of different influence factors in the second language acquisition, such as: Culture and Customs.
I consider that this video shows and explain an important aspect in the process of evaluation that most of the times is not consider in it, such as the cultural baggage that a bilingual student develops during his learning process. When teachers assume that all his students know exactly the same things or topics of the class, and start forgetting or skiping their cultural baggage, they aren't able to evaluate them properly because they are not aware of students knowledge and judge them by the score of the tests they present.
